Currently, Adam is employed as the User Interface Engineer at TheLadders.com, the world's largest, and best, source for $100k+ executive jobs, interview tips, and career planning advice, and, heck, we even have an employment guide for execs, too. In this role, Adam supervises and designs all front-end code for the company's nearly 900,000 registered users. Adam combines a programmer's approach with a designer's eye to build and promote interactive, inviting, usable, and "cool" interfaces for an ever-growing user base.
